Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of peakpte.com and the PeakPTE learner practice product, including paid Premium access.

Agreement

By using PeakPTE websites or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

What PeakPTE is

PeakPTE provides PTE Academic practice tools and educational content. Scores and feedback on PeakPTE are practice estimates. They are not official Pearson PTE scores and must not be treated as visa, immigration, or university results. Official PTE Academic is owned by Pearson. Pearson was not involved in the production of, and does not endorse, PeakPTE. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use PeakPTE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

Learner accounts are created on learn.peakpte.com. You must provide accurate information, including a WhatsApp number we can use to reach you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Premium plans, fees, and access

PeakPTE sells timed Premium practice access. Current plans and USD prices are published on our Pricing page:

  • 3 days: USD 4.99
  • 1 week: USD 7.49
  • 2 weeks: USD 9.99
  • 1 month: USD 13.99
  • 3 months: USD 34.99

Each plan unlocks the same Premium features for the duration you buy: Unlimited Practice Questions, Track your progress, AI evaluation, Section Mock Test, and Full Mock test. Plans are one-time access windows. They do not auto-renew unless we later offer a recurring product and you explicitly subscribe to it.

Merchant of Record and Creem

When you purchase Premium, Creem is the Merchant of Record and the seller of record for that payment. Creem processes the payment and related tax obligations. PeakPTE provides the practice product. Purchases are also subject to Creem’s terms for buyers presented at checkout. If there is a conflict about payment processing, Creem’s merchant and buyer terms may prevail for the payment relationship.

Refunds and cancellation

For refund or billing questions, email peakpte@818lab.com or use our Help page. Include the email on your PeakPTE account and your purchase details. We aim to reply within two business days. If we do not respond in a reasonable time, Creem may assist under its customer support process. For one-time access windows, access lasts for the purchased period and then ends. There is no mid-period auto-renew to cancel. If we later offer recurring subscriptions, you will be able to cancel through the Creem customer portal or an in-product cancel path we provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute PeakPTE content at scale without permission.
  • Interfere with the service, other users, or our infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent PeakPTE practice estimates as official Pearson scores.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.

Intellectual property

PeakPTE branding, site design, software, and original practice content are owned by PeakPTE or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal PTE preparation. You may not claim ownership of PeakPTE materials or remove attribution notices.

Third-party services

PeakPTE may link to Pearson, booking sites, Creem checkout, or other third parties. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond what these terms state about Creem as Merchant of Record for purchases.

Disclaimer of warranties

PeakPTE is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that practice will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practice estimates will match any official PTE result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeakPTE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost scores, fees, visa outcomes, or academic decisions based on practice estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for PeakPTE Premium in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50, if you used only unpaid features.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the product. You may stop using PeakPTE at any time. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as PeakPTE evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Plan prices on Pricing may change for new purchases.
